It has been some time, but here we are with our first morning session for 2021.

Uncertainty at the moment is making a big impact on us daily and it impacts on our peoples ability to undertake their work and lives.  Glen Eastlake, International Safety Systems, will be presenting on the topic of "Uncertainty & Leadership during Uncertain times".   

Glen, a pilot & human factors specialist was a Captain and also Manager Human Factors Training for the Virgin Australia Airlines group of companies. In that role he was responsible for establishing a Human Factors/Non-technical Skills program for flight crew, cabin crew and other operational safety-critical personnel within Virgin Australia (domestic), Virgin Australia (international) and Pacific Blue in New Zealand. He has also assisted a number of smaller airlines in establishing their HF/NTS programmes. He was a founding member of the Human Factors/Non-Technical Skills Industry Advisory Group and we are lucky enough for him to be a permanent member of our community.
