In the area of Health and Safety, James acts for businesses and insurers throughout the WorkSafe NZ investigation, enforcement and prosecution processes. His recent experience includes acting for defendants in one of the first prosecutions by WorkSafe NZ for an accident that resulted in in a fatality. WorkSafe NZ charged four companies that each had overlapping H&S obligations.
